When users navigate to the website, they would generally expect to be able to find the resource they're looking for as fast as possible. Thus, the home page should make this available by showing a list of "favourite" courses, where they can click on these classes. The page should also have a button to upload courses. These "favourite" courses may be tied to cookies, or if the user is logged in, to the user's account (can be implemented later).

Below the "favourite" courses, the user should be able to find other courses. However, that is not a part of the home page issue (even if it might be on the same page, it's in #15).
