The term "[[control thread state]]" being followed by the word "flag" is inconsistent.

Can you point the spec location for this?

I think this is about how sometimes in the spec we say "the [[control thread state]] flag" and sometimes we just say "the [[control thread state]]" -- for instance in https://www.w3.org/TR/webaudio/#dom-offlineaudiocontext-resume step 3 vs step 4. Probably we can just drop the word "flag" since it doesn't seem necessary.
