It can be a prototype even if some other people are interested in working on it.

We have some tests that checks web exposed API surface, but we don't have a good way to have a cross-platform test suites to verify physical device related impl. Let's keep this thread open.

2023 TPAC Audio WG Discussion:
The lack of support for mock devices in the WPT infrastructure makes this work impossible. The WG believes this is not a blocker for V1, but adding manual tests in WPTs should be done later.
