TextTrackCue explainer could mention custom rendered captions are inaccessible to deafblind audience.

VoiceOver supports braille displays on Mac, iOS, and tvOS. These are used by both hearing blind and deafblind individuals. VoiceOver also supports real time braille rendering of any displayed captions. (But it cant do that when a site renders inaccessible custom captions)

Seems like a good tidbit for the explainer to mention.
