私有化部署要点：

首先要求客户准备好Linux虚拟机或者物理机，局域网内网络通畅，能够访问外网
如果在vmware下创建虚拟机，网络必须选用桥接模式，需要对虚拟机设置内网IP

vim /etc/netplan/01-network-manager-all.yaml
