Now that the SK module is live, this is a collection issue for feedback.

[] It's a bit difficult to correctly reccomend elshocks based on the remaining time. The logic that determines the performance should rather checks that the target had elshocks on EB/LB, and then show the 6s suggestion if it didnt.
