What should the talk be about?

How to set project references up
Why would you even want to do that

Why is that important?

Projects grow. Compilation time grows, too. It gets irritating. Then it becomes unbearable. We need a way to counter that.

Does it work with:

ts-loader
jest, ts-jest
Parcel
Webpack
HappyPack
tspath, tspaths, tscpaths, module-alias
declaration -> composite

Who will learn from it?

Everyone working on a project of substantial size.
