Second. Should be possible to have a little modification to have the cookies accept also if the user scroll the page?

That's a good suggestion, but it would require some kind of settings to be added, because some people would not like this behavior. And then it would start functioning more like a library than a simple script, so would require a rewrite to make it into a library.

I will keep this issue open, maybe in the future I can get some time and implement it.
