memleax does not report for Photon OS

Hi,

I have compiled memleax v1.1.1 sources for Photon OS, provided by vmware. I was able to compile the sources, and install it successfully. But it doesn't report any issues, for a sample code where i induced memory leak.

The tool outputs that it is monitoring the process, but no report generated.

I do not know Photon.
Can you run memleax at other OS, such as Ubuntu?
memleax depends on some CPU instructions, so it may not work at some platform.
Would you like to try another tool libleak which is much simpler?

Tried on ubuntu, and memleax works on it. Have gone through libleak, but can't use it in my environment, since it needs to be triggered prior to loader.
