Linux Debian Bookworm Wine64 7.13
Start both Linux and windows version with dpi switch --dpi=300x300
Scaling of Icons should be the same on both platforms.
Windows scales with a different factor and is larger than the Linux build
This seems to apply to bitmaps only. The landable icon is the same scale.
