  • Autogenerate from documentation for Rust, Go and other documentation

If you want to locally host rustdoc output, kmcallister/travis-doc-upload may be a handy reference. Otherwise, we could link docs.rs for stuff published to Crates.io, but that doesn't cover master if you want that.
