客户端断网后服务端不知道客户端断开了 #249

服务端和客户端正常连接状态下,客户端直接断网,服务端没反应,不会断开客户端,等这个客户端再次连上网络后服务端就维护了两个客户端会话,一直重复一直添加.

首先排除客户端是否有启动多个连接，如果没有。尝试让客户端发送心跳，然后配置readerIdleTimeSeconds，在一定时间内，没有收到客户端发送的心跳的，就关闭客户端
