需求/建议描述

在Rider中注释格式和IDEA不一样，无法自动获取要翻译的文本内容，手动选中进行翻译时又会把注释其他文本内容选中。

建议的解决方案

尽量支持Rider翻译注释时不选中就可以进行翻译，而且能去除非注释的文本（比如斜杠、summary等）
