Outdated dependency update?

I am using compress-images version 2.0.5 getting error of outdated dependency as below:
compress-images@2.0.5 > npm@7.24.2 > cli-columns@3.1.2 > strip-ansi@3.0.1 > ansi-regex@2.1.1

Can you kindly share if update is going to happen or any alternative with latest dependencies
