/replyall on different servers.

Currently using the bot on 2 servers.

If /replyall used on server 1, /replayall is undone from server 2 and cannot use /chat on server 2 and just given the message that /replyall is currently enabled, however, /replyall does not work on server 2

I understand the bot was designed for 1 server, was wondering if support for multiple servers with (state management?) is possible.

I think this is a bug. It should no longer be necessary to restrict the use of slash commands when in replyingAll mode

I will fix this issue soon
