💭 Describe the feature

  1. make a commitizen cli
  • can use npx start, no global download required
  • initialization cz-git configure template. Compatible with commitizen
  • support cz-git subcommand like "checkbox" "emoji" "break"...
  • downloaded globally, cz-git can be started with "czg"

💡 Proposed Solution

Make a commitizen cli czg ： light， independent， fast
