Feature request: user added nicknames

e.g. Lebron, Steph, Chuck etc.

Maybe allow users to add nicknames?

I'm reluctant to include first names and common nicknames like Steph or Chuck by default, because it is even more likely that they will match in a non-basketball context, which is already a problem.

Giving individual users the option to add nicknames of their choosing however seems more sensible. I don't consider it a priority but I will consider adding a nicknames tab in future.
