As a judge, I want to review my votes on entries without having to click through them all #179

This is a nice to have feature:

This is another page which is a list view. It shows a thumbnail of the image (or an icon of a video player or other), the name of the work, and the vote the judge gave it (Y, N, M, No Vote).

It is in the shuffle order assigned to that judge.

Clicking on a row goes to the entry in the Judging Interface.

Judges should be able to toggle between the Judging Interface and list view at any time. There should be a toggle icon at the top right of the Judging Interface / list view to do so. We should keep track of the last viewed entry in Redux, so toggling to the list view and back doesn't interrupt voting flow.
