M-Compiler: compiler logic and binding with Blazor

Compiler module containing a button to compile and run user-edited code within the File Editor module.

The module should compile all files from File Editor and then run an example in Fake Terminal. The module should display errors in the Log Viewer or possibly a separate tab.
