Admob plus Ad: Calling a method in the system process without a qualified user:

Hello,
I have installed admob-plus plugin as per documentation. I have followed all the installation processes.
But still in my Cordova project instead of ads above log is printing.

I have a real app ID, but the app is not published on the Play Store yet. banner ads is not showing ad-unit ID either.
Please guide me to find the proper reason.
