sitemap.js does not log to epsagon

No traces of request to sitemap action can be found in Epsagon: the action is not wrapped with the epsagon wrapper.

We might have to fix this in helix-cli, if we want to have wrapping for every cgi-bin action.

either we create a proper cgi-bin execute environment (maybe in helix-pipeline) or non at all.

currently we say: it's just a openwhisk action. do whatever you want.

the current sitemap.js has already the logger wrapped, I think we should stay away from auto-wrapping epsagon.
