Safari: List of available help topics is not displayed in Options after backup import

Help topics are not displayed in Options > Available help topics in Safari

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install extension
2. Right click on extension button > Options
3. Open "User Experience"

Expected behavior
List of available help topics is displayed in Safari

Hi @Adobe-G11N-I18N-L10N-Team , I tried to reproduce this issue, but I see different result - I do see the list of available help topics displayed in Safari (screenshot below)

Updated steps:

1. Install extension
2. Add project to extension
3. Go to Options > Advanced > Backup
4. Click on "Export configuration"
5. Go to Finder and rename uploaded backup file to add ".json" extension
6. Upload renamed file in "Import configuration"
7. Reload page and observe "User experience"
   Workaround:
8. Delete all settings in Options > Advanced > Reset
9. In Safari Extension Preferences disable Sidekick and enable it
