Hey! I haven't tested with HoloLens 2. But steer clear of the airpeer networking implementation if you want ARM64. Airpeer is anyway not supported anymore.

I'm not sure about UWP. But if you have seen Mirror, Telepathy and other networking frameworks work in HL2, this should work too.
