User problem
Inconsistent coding conventions in the current codebase hinder readability and collaboration.

Expected solution
Following #289, we should update our code to align it with current conventions.

Additional considerations
We should wait until #277 is merged before submitting a PR for this one, as many parts of the engine are expected to change.
