Describe the bug

It is very hard to notice when something is in quote

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set device mode to Android and use dark mode with pure black turned off
  2. Find post that has quotes
  3. See the issue

Expected behavior

To make the quotes easier to see

The lines around tables are not very visible in dark mode either.
