programmer's utility which can be used to select and view the properties of any window in the system. (AutoHotkey reimplementation)

However, should this be considered a tool or a script... I'm not quite sure of the distinction in this case. :/

I'm not sure here as well. We should have a look at the list of tools as well to reorder some things
