Mocha 4.0.0 support? #28

Would be good to have. Not sure if any changes are necessary beyond the peer dep bump.

mocha 4 drops support for older node versions - versions we need to keep supporting.

It's probably really easy to add mocha 4 support here, and we should do that, but all of Airbnb's packages should remain on mocha 3 indefinitely.
