Last commit was 3 years ago. This means that there are many vulnerable NPM dependencies that needs to be updated.
I advise everyone to not use the official hosted instance at airform.io until the deps are updated as it probably has been hacked long ago.

Edit: it seems like this repo only contains the various front-end framework components. The service source code is not here, so the service is not open source. But given that the front-end has not been updated for 3 years, I don't think the backend have been.
