Return to original site button leads back to captcha

Describe the bug
After clicking to "I'm not a robot", a button appears for returning to original site. When I click that button, it redirects me back to the captcha leading to a constant loop.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit a form
2. Complete "I am not a robot"
3. Click on button to return to original site

Expected behavior
Redirection to the actual website

I also encounter the same problem.
Is the only thing that stops me from using it.
