Check if renamed/delete links are redirected

When a file is renamed or deleted, we need to handle requests to that link. Currently, if someone renames or delete a file, they need to add the redirects in the _redirects file as explained here on the pull request phase.

We have to ensure that the redirects are added properly as this can affect our SEO performance and links that are mentioned in other products like the Aiven console, e-mails etc.

Our manual checks are not perfect, and we had problems with this in many occasions like #1322, #1545, #1544, #1387.

To help maintainers and new contributors to this project to not forget to add the redirects, we can have an automated check to our builds to handle this.
