Someone suggested to me today that it would be useful to have a simple search/filter on the projects page.

I think that's an excellent idea...

One limitation of using pure k8s RBAC is that if you can list Projects, you'll see them all -- even if you have no other permissions on those projects.

This means, in a large enterprise, the home/projects screen could be quite cluttered with a lot of noise -- Projects whose existence you will be aware of, but may be completely unable to ever view... it's a bit awkward.

Having a search/filter mechanism would at least enable users to cut through that noise and see a subset of Projects that, perhaps, follow their department's naming conventions or something.
