Given the following code:

// named export
export namespace Foo {
	export const bar = 0;
}

// default export
namespace Bar {
	export const baz = 0;
}

export default Bar;

Sucrase produces:

"use strict";Object.defineProperty(exports, "__esModule", {value: true});// named export
