[NO-BT] webMAN Not Ready

Aldo, I have a friend who is using a NO-BT firmware. As expected, webMAN is limited in this setup, but I'm curious about why he can't seem to mount a game or anything. WebMAN keeps returning 'webMAN not ready even though he is using a wired connection (All network features works just fine but webMAN)

I know most features rely on the network, but why can't it work just with the LAN card?
