Option to omit merging of severity+description to text field

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since we rolled out a new version it now shows the severity in front of the description in the text field.
It might be usefull to some users but for us it blocks valued space and pushes information out of the visible part.

Describe the solution you'd like
Option for config file to supress merging of severity and description to text in config and only show the description.
Reduces redundant information, because its allready indicated in severity and the color of the bar.
Go for the option and not remove it, because it might be used or helpfull for other users in a context that we haven't considered yet.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We allready considered also dropping the severity field from visibility, but this is our sort criteria.
We also looked a the documentation if there is allready an option for that and found nothing, if there is please let me know.
