I am not usually a Windoze user. I am trying to install some batch processing for a friend. I am stalled at the dialogue (see screenshot) to give the BIMP installer the location of the GIMP folder.
GIMP was installed fresh from the MS AppStore. After search for 30+ minutes on the SEO destroyed google search I discovered it is at C:\Users\someuser\AppData\Roaming\GIMP Seems to be preferred location for installs now?? So the advice inthe BIMP is likely Out of date (those bastard middle-manager satisficing their small behinds)
My question is how to I find this hidden folder "AppData" (which appear to have no .dot) from within the BIMP installer dialogue???
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
managed to find AppData after turning on invisible file finding in file explorer (in system settings control panel someplace) but now i get error on selecting this as the GIMP folder (not the plug-in folder)(why does this takes hours on the SEO ruined search platforms)
