Utilities.paragraphs leads to 404

From the README.md, the utilities.paragraphs link is broken. The url appears correct in terms of the naming convention but there is apparently nothing there.

Similarly, the meteor install reference can't reach it either:
{tiush:aleutcss}/aleut.utilities.paragraphs/_utilities.paragraphs.scss}

Is this merely an oversight, or are the paragraph utilities being discontinued?

The paragraph utility is most likely being deprecated. We’re not quite done with removing references to it.

Do you have any input as to the usefulness of it? Do you think we should keep it?

I am new to aleut, so I haven't had any experience using it and thus no opinion.
