Transaction Log

Continuation of #134

As discussed, we might add a transaction log inside a separate tab in the voter frontend.

For this, we would need to query the blockchain repeatedly and display blocks and transactions.

• Transaction Log (will be publicly available on the voter frontend - without login): add additional view/tab where transactions of ETH stat are displayed in a more understandable and compact way. Only show minimal details about each transaction.
  • Default view is the log, voting is done via button and login
• if there is time: start to categorize transactions based on various criteria
  • known/blocked addresses tell you who it is
  • all other addresses, therefore, must be voters
  • label according to the knowledge of system state combined with block-height
