Describe the bug

dataLoader 前置执行强依赖 window.__ICE_APP_CONTEXT__.matchedIds，在一些 CSR 场景或者自定义 html 的情况下不提前发起请求

Expected behavior

期望提供一个便捷的方式，让 dataLoader 的适用性更广
