Mutt buggy when using Terminal.app (ANSI rather than xterm-256color versions) #362

macOS 10.11.5, Terminal.app 2.6.1, Mutt 1.7.2

Mutt behaves badly when using the ANSI versions in the osx-terminal.app-colors-solarized directory, but the xterm-256color versions work fine. This may well be a problem with Mutt or Terminal.app, but it might be useful to have things documented here.

The top menu bar is missing as shown in the images below. In addition, scrolling up and down doesn't work as it should.

Bad version:
mutt-bad

Expected behaviour:
mutt-good

Possibly related to #352?

Seems like this is okay when using slang rather than ncurses...
