There are many circumstances where a developer wishes to deploy to an existing Amplify app, instead if creating a new one. It is a supported case of amplify-cli. Additionally, the inclusion of an appid parameter would enable this action to behave similarly to the Autobuild functionality provided in the console, but with more flexibility and no Github authentication requirements.

Please include an appid parameter.
