Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the Release Drafter used v5.20.1, the most up to date stable version is v5.22.1

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the .yml file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Wait till some bug pops up.

Additional context
We should keep a look out for v6.0.0, it is basically a complete rewrite of Release Drafter (i.e. potentially breaking changes). It also includes some niceties. More info here.
