How to force loading a part

Hi, I don't have any particular issue, but I was wondering what's the best approach to tackle a couple of scenarios using the partial loader.

My environment
angular-translate: 2.18.1
angular: 1.5
partial loader: 2.18.1

1. after a resfresh of mutliple parts, from time to time I could have a translate loading error related to one or to a few parts. The problem in this case is on the api (and of course it should be resolved on that side) but... Is there any way to force the retrieval of these missing parts? What's the suggested appraoch?

2. having partial loader, after a few months we can register really a lot of separate calls to webservices, one for each part. Is there any way to group calls to aggregate everything or a X number of elements in the same request?
