[Bug] Upgrade to React Native 0.73

🙋 Description/Step to reproduce

This library is almost 10 React Native versions behind.
I discovered Ant Design Mobile React Native is almost 10 React Native versions behind, while investigating why the TextInput isn't forwarding all the methods from the docs.

For example, isFocused() method doesn't exist as in the documentation.
