Support installing Nephe in a kind cluster running on Mac

Currently, deploying Nephe in a kind cluster on Mac by following instructions in getting-started.md won't work unless this line in kind-setup.sh is commented out:
kubectl config set-cluster kind-$CLUSTER_NAME --server $address

It would be helpful if you had a check that would avoid this line for macOS.
