提供在实例化之后设置是否允许二次编辑的方法

🏞 What problem does this feature solve

目前只能在初始化的时候用 editable 参数设置是否允许二次编辑的方法，如果用户要在允许编辑和不允许编辑中切换需要重新实例化

🧐 What does the proposed API look like

拓展 enable 函数，类似 allowCreate 参数增加 allowEdit 参数控制是否允许二次编辑
