A type in a sysl-catalog page has a field table that explains the fields in it
For example:

Field Name Type Description
field1 type1 description...
field2 type2 description...
field3 type3 description...

The values in Type columns need to have hyperlinks that refer to the type details for non-primitive types.

Expected (links don't work):

Field Name Type Description
field1 type1 description...
field2 type2 description...
field3 type3 description...
