show parameters whether they're optional or not

Optional parameters of an endpoint aren't shown to be optional or not. The generated doc needs to show if param is optional or not.
For example:

App:
    /endpoint:
        GET(op_param <: int?, param <: int)?op_query=string?&query=string:
            ...

Generates:

It's impossible to tell if the params are optional without looking at the source file.
