图表tooltip联动的bug

Current Behavior

图表联动，鼠标移入表2或3 可以控制表1的tooltip显示，但是鼠标移入表1不能控制表2，3 tooltip的显示。 还有表1的legend：如果选择了第一个legend 那么就可以联动表2，3。 如果选择了第二个legend，就可以联动表3，如果不选择前两个legend，则一个都联动不了

Steps to Reproduce

Current Behavior

Chart linkage, moving the mouse into table 2 or 3 can control the tooltip display of table 1, but moving the mouse into table 1 cannot control the display of tooltips in tables 2 and 3. There is also the legend of Table 1: If you select the first legend, you can link Tables 2 and 3. If the second legend is selected, Table 3 can be linked. If the first two legends are not selected, none of them can be linked.
