Migrate the JDK used by nightly CI from Temurin to Zulu

• According to CI logs at https://github.com/apache/shardingsphere/actions/runs/8960143024 and earlier, Temurin does not exist for the OpenJDK 8 distribution serving aarch64/M1.

• Therefore, I think it makes sense to move from Temurin to Zulu because there is no way to abandon testing of JDK8 at this stage.
