Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am working on a site where admins/managers have access to everyones teams and team apps. Without a pager and/or search functionality it is not possible to view all teams or apps.

Describe the solution you would like

On /teams or /user/apps I would like to see a pager at the bottom of the page that would allow me to navigate to all the possible teams that exist on our site.

There is a hidden /developer-apps path for listing all developer apps and /team-apps respectively (entity collection paths ;) , but due to the lack of pager support and some other potential hindering gems, I cannot recommend exposing that to end users at this moment.

If the Apigee customer has considerable amount of apps in the system, probably it is better to expose them on a progressively- or fully decouple frontend that can simulate a smoother user experience with this size of data.
